Juan Ignacio Cacace is a senior analyst in ICT international policy from Access Partnership, a global consultancy in the telecommunications sector. Juan supports campaigns in the Latin American and The Caribbean regions and represents clients in the ICT field in conferences, multilateral organisations, and government meetings. He monitors and reports on the regulatory frameworks and policies across the American continent, with a special focus on telecommunications, satellites, and digital policy.
Juan worked for more than ten years in the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires and in the Argentine National Senate where he drafted and negotiated ICT legislation and regulations. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and another in Law, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cambridge.
