Hector Huici born in Buenos Aires, married, with three children. Lawyer (UBA, 1989) with a Magister Degree in Administrative Law (Universidad Austral, 1992).
He devoted himself to the private practice of law with particular focus on regulated industries, mainly in the energy and telecommunication sector. He was a partner at the M&M Bomchil law firm between 2005 and 2013.
As regards the public sector, he worked at the former National Telecommunication Commission and the Energy Secretariat; and was a legislator in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for the PRO party (2013-2016).
He teaches in public and private universities, both at graduate and postgraduate level. Additionally, he is the author of numerous articles on his specialty for local and foreign media.
